Hi, I’m Nicole — a Registered Social Worker, Coach, Energetic Guide, and the heart behind the Love Lenses Transformational Program.  

With over 20 years of experience walking beside teens, adults, and professionals, I blend science-backed strategies with soul-centered practices to help people reconnect with who they really are underneath the stress, the roles, and the noise.

I believe healing doesn’t have to be heavy and that transformation can be both profound and practical. Whether we’re working through anxiety, navigating big life shifts, clearing subconscious patterns, or strengthening your emotional toolkit, I meet you where you’re at, and walk with you toward where you want to be.

This work is my calling and it’s also deeply personal. I’ve lived through my own seasons of doubt, burnout, and breakthrough. That’s why I hold space the way I do: with honesty, compassion, a bit of humor, and a whole lot of heart.

The Struggle -There was a time when anxiety quietly ran my life.

On the outside, I was capable. High-functioning. Responsible.
On the inside, I was exhausted from thinking.

I replayed conversations.
I felt responsible for other people’s moods.
I absorbed the energy of every room I entered.
I struggled to turn my mind off at night.

I thought I was just “too sensitive.”

For a while, I tried to manage it by becoming smaller.
More agreeable. Less intense.
Easier.

But anxiety doesn’t shrink when you shrink.
It grows.

What Changed -The shift wasn’t dramatic.
It was clarifying.
I began to see anxiety differently.
Not as something broken inside me.
But as part of my inner guidance system.

Anxiety was showing me where I was looking through Fear Lenses —
where old beliefs, protective patterns, and unprocessed experiences were distorting how I saw myself and the world.


And I realized something powerful:
Fear Lenses aren’t random.
They’re built from deeply embedded beliefs and energetic patterns stored in the mind, the nervous system, and the body.


That understanding changed everything.
I went deeper — earning my Master of Social Work and training in hypnotherapy, trauma-informed approaches, nervous system regulation, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, and WHEE (a hybrid of EMDR and EFT).


But more importantly, I applied it.
I began identifying the outdated programs running underneath my anxiety.
The patterns that once protected me but no longer served me.
The beliefs that quietly shaped how I interpreted everything.


And I learned something simple and powerful:
When you shift the underlying pattern, the lens changes.
When the lens changes, your experience changes.

The Birth of Love Lenses Method -
Love Lenses isn’t about pretending everything is positive.
It’s about strengthening the perception that reflects truth instead of fear.

Anxiety often signals that a Fear Lens is activated.

It invites us to pause, regulate, and return to a Love Lens — a lens rooted in clarity, groundedness, self-trust, and responsibility.                                                   
Through my own work, I learned how to gently process old, stuck patterns and reinforce the beliefs and internal states that reflect who I actually am — not who fear conditioned me to be.


These methods are simple.
And they are powerful.
Plus, they work.

Why I Do This Work
I know what it feels like to live on edge internally while looking fine externally.

I know what it’s like to absorb too much, overthink too long and carry what isn’t yours.

And I know what it feels like to come back to yourself.
Grounded.
Clear.
Regulated.
Strong, without hardening.
That’s the work I teach now.
Not because I read about it.
Because I lived it.
You don’t need to eliminate anxiety.
You need to understand what it’s showing you.
It’s not a flaw.
It’s an invitation to change the lens.
